Notice of Public Hearing:

Notice is hereby given that the Perry Township Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on July 20, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at the Perry Township Administration offices at 3740 Center Road, Perry, Ohio 44081 to consider amendments to the Perry Township Zoning Resolution, Section 410 Prohibited Uses. The Perry Township Board of Trustees will consider adoption of specific public nuisances and amend definitions in Section 410. The full text of these amendments is available here and at the Perry Township Administration office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
