Legal Notice of Public Hearing - Sept. 19 @6:00pm

The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal:


Appeal 06-24: The variance request is filed by Doug Habat, pertaining to property located at 2557 Bristol Avenue, Permanent Parcel No. 03A-003A-010-23-0. This property is located in Single Family Residential (SR) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding Section 301.03 area, setback, and height regulations. The applicant is requesting to construct an accessory building that is 3.5 feet from the property line and 810 square feet in aggregate area. The Zoning Resolution allows for side yard clearance to be 10 feet and maximum aggregate floor area of all accessory buildings to be 720 square feet. The applicant is requesting 6.5 feet (65%) variance for side year clearance and 90 sq. ft. (12.5%) for maximum aggregate floor area.
