Appeal 07-24: The variance request is filed by Marc Broccone, pertaining to property located at 4665 South Ridge Road, Permanent Parcel No. 03A-072-0-00-024-0. This property is located in a Business and Commercial 1 (B-1) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding Section 301.03 area, setback, and height regulations. The applicant is requesting to construct a car port that is 440 (22 x 20) square feet. The applicant has a current accessory building that is 1,200 (30 X 40) square feet. The Zoning Resolution allows for maximum aggregate floor area of all accessory buildings to be 1,500 square feet. The applicant is requesting 140 feet (9%) variance for maximum aggregate floor area.
