Our Community Center is available to rent for receptions, private parties, business meetings or just about any event you can think of.  Capacity for the building is 375 people; we have tables and chairs on site to accommodate that number.  The main room can be divided in half with a wall so that smaller groups can use one side or the other.  A caterer’s kitchen provides a lot of work space and our covered patio provides a great space to hold wedding ceremonies with a beautiful view of Lake Erie.

Rental fees are based on residency.  A refundable security deposit is required in the amount of $600.00.  Security coverage is required if alcohol is served and we arrange that for you with the Lake County Sheriff’s Department.  Officers charge $50.00 per hour/per man while you’re serving alcohol.
