FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

ROAD CLOSURE AT CS RAILROAD CROSSING ON BATES ROAD.

CSX will be performing maintenance and repair work at the railroad crossing on Bates Road beginning on or about September 8, 2026 through the week, weather permitting. The railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic. Detour signs will be posted by the CSX Contractor.

As always, drivers are reminded to be respectful of the closure and not move or drive around barricades while the road is closed.
