Lake County Sheriff's Office to conduct night shoot - Nov. 4-6

The Lake County Sheriff's Office announced on its Facebook Page that

personnel will be conducting a night shoot Nov. 4-6, starting at 5:30 p.m.

each night and concluding at 9:30 at its training facility in Painesville

Township in the area where state Route 2 and 20 meet.

One of the annual requirements for training deputy sheriffs is practicing

shooting in dark conditions, the Facebook post noted.

"We realize the impact of the sound at this time for area residents and so we

try to limit this training to the shortest time possible," the post stated.
