Perry Township Zoning Board Public Hearing - May 15

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

At a regular meeting held on April 10, 2024, The Perry Township Zoning Board voted to hold a Public Hearing to address a proposed amendment to the Zoning Resolution:

·        Additions to the definitions page.

·        Add Section 412- zoning regulations for electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS).

·        Add Section 413-zoning for food trucks.

·        Add Section 100-12 Zoning regulations for split-zoned properties.

·        Update Table 301.02

·        Update Table 302.02

·        Update Table 302.03

·        Text amendments to Section 401.02

Amendment documents were sent to the Lake County Planning Commission with a request for comment and a Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, May15, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Perry Township Offices, 3740 Center Rd, Perry, OH 44081.  The board will convene to a regular meeting immediately following the Public Hearing.

A copy of the amendment is available for public viewing during office hours: 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m Monday- Friday.
