BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
The Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal:
Appeal 03-26: The variance request is filed by Barry Deming with Deming Enterprises, Inc. pertaining to property located at 3 705 Lane Road Ext, Permanent Parcel No. 03A-0 13-000-008-0. This property is located in a Heavy Industry 3 (I-3) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding Section 408.01, required parking spaces, warehousing and storage. The applicant is requesting to construct an addition (14,800 sq. ft.) to the current building with no additional parking. The Zoning Resolution requires two (2) parking spots for each 1,000 square feet of floor area.
