Th:e Perry Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the Perry Township Administrative Offices, 3740 Center Road, on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the following Appeal:
Appeal 04-26: The variance request is filed by Darrell Jackson, pertaining to property located at 4786 Davis Road, Permanent Parcel No. 03A-072-000-015-0. This property is located in an Estate Residential 1 (ER-1) Zoning District. The applicant requests authorization from the Board of Zoning Appeals regarding Section 301.03 Area, setback, and height regulations. The applicant is requesting to move a lot line to allow more room for driveway located at 4764 Davis Rd (which he owns) and square off lot in question, which will make it smaller than it currently is. This lot would continue to be legal, nonconforming. The Zoning Resolution requires minimum lot area to be one acre.
