Perry Township Adopts New Parking Regulations

The Perry Township Board of Trustees has approved Resolution 2026-21, establishing new parking regulations for township-maintained roads in the unincorporated areas of the township.

Under the new rules, parking is prohibited on the fire hydrant side of any road, against the flow of traffic, and on township roads when snowfall exceeds two inches. Violations may result in penalties as provided under the Ohio Revised Code.

The resolution was adopted on June 23, 2026, to help improve public safety and ensure emergency vehicles have reliable access throughout the community.
